Anchor Cottage is a pretty, comfortable two bedroom cottage situated on the sea front in beautiful Beesands. Theres a charming courtyard to enjoy al fresco dining, a cosy lounge with a log burner for those cooler nights when you;ve spent the day exploring, both bedrooms are light and bright, and the master bedroom windows face out to sea. The relaxing sounds of the water on the shore is sure to help you forget your troubles and enjoy your South Devon holiday. Beesands is a charming fishing village situated in spectacular Start Bay. With a mile of shingle beach, a great local pub and restaurant serving a varied menu and locally caught fish, a popular fish shack restaurant, village green, a freshwater lake, bird sanctuary and area of natural interest, all surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside and situated right on the South West Coast path, theres plenty for everyone to do. The bustling market town of Kingsbridge has a good selection of shops and restaurants twenty minutes away, as does the historic naval town of Dartmouth which is also worth a visit. This is a truly idyllic place to enjoy a seaside holiday, and if thats not enough, then there are many other attractions in the area for all to enjoy.
